Life2CV is a career translation platform that analyses life experiences and generates professional career documents including CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation materials, and action plans. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid features are available through one-time purchases processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£). The documents generated by Life2CV are yours to use freely for job applications, professional networking, and career purposes. You retain ownership of your personal data and the content of your life story. Life2CV retains intellectual property rights over the platform, its design, algorithms, and underlying technology.

6. Generated Content

Career documents and insights produced by Life2CV are generated based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy and quality, all generated content should be reviewed by you before use. Life2CV is not a substitute for professional career advice, and we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to access another user's account, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life2CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Partner Organisations

If you access Life2CV through a partner organisation (such as an education provider or employment programme), additional terms may apply as agreed between Life2CV and that organisation. Your use of the Service remains subject to these Terms of Service.
